Ghanaian-owned telephony and computer Assembly Company, Rlg has announced that its office at Osu has been opened for business after one of the rooms was gutted by fire on Tuesday.
In a press release issued by the company's Group Head, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Mr. Prosper Harrison Addo, assured the public that the fire outbreak was minor and did not affect any life or property.
“Rlg further wishes to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to the Ghana National Fire Service and the Ghana Police Service for their prompt response which ensured that the fire was confined in a single room and put out.”

At about 5am in the early hours of Tuesday, February 19, 2913, there was a fire outbreak in one of the rooms of our Osu office (opposite the Christian Council) which triggered the Rlg Fire Response Procedures and the Ghana Fire Service was called.
The Management of Rlg Communications Limited wishes to assure the general public, especially its cherished customers and clients the fire incident was minor and did not affect any life or property and the Rlg Osu office is therefore fully opened for business.
Rlg further wishes to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to the Ghana National Fire Service and the Ghana Police Service for their prompt response which ensured that the fire was confined in a single room and put out. The company will continue to work with National Fire Service as we have also always done to ensure that the company’s safety procedures are followed to protect life and property. The company awaits the Fire Report from the Fire Service to know the cause of the fire.
